Thermal Complex Auditorium
THE EFFECTS OF PRESENT AND VIRTUAL with the LARTech
Small danced shape : dance without body
Excerpts from NoBody dance, an on screen 3D rite of spring digital choreography of particles. “This rite of spring is meant to celebrate the entry into the 21st century of Stravinsky’s famous composition by the same name. The choreography is digitally recorded by multiple dancers who are then replaced by particles. Curiously, one would think such an exercise would erase the dancers from the choreography instead it reveals the dancers through their essence : their motion signatures and their individual vital signatures.”
